Pepe Reina set for rare start

Iker Casillas has been ruled out of Spain's match with Greece on Wednesday. The Real Madrid keeper picked up a blow in training on Monday after a clash with Arsenal's Cesc Fabregas. Spanish team doctor Genaro Borras has revealed that Casillas will be sidelined for around four to five days, but it is believed he will be fit for Saturday's opening La Liga clash against Atletico Madrid.

Opportunity

Casillas's absence will give a rare opportunity to Liverpool's Pepe Reina to make an international appearance. There is also a call-up for Sevilla's uncapped number one Andres Palop.
