Diane considered future

Amara Diane has revealed he almost quit Paris Saint Germain at the end of last season.

The striker considered his future after the capital club endured one of their worst ever seasons in which they were fighting against relegation.

Diane could have departed the Parc des Princes for pastures new this summer but decided to stay and prove himself at PSG.

"I have thought about leaving the club," Diane told Le Parisien. "Some clubs asked for me so it made me think.

"But after I analysed the pros and cons, I realised that I still have things to prove with Paris. I want to show that I can be a regular for PSG."

Meanwhile, PSG have handed a trial to 17-year-old goalkeeper Erik Biselius, who currently plays in Sweden for third division side Vasteras SK.

Biselius has previously trained with Arsenal.
