Pellissier is under contract to the Flying Donkeys until 2008, although it is understood that his club would sanction a sale if the price was right.
"I'm hoping to have more offers - from Italy too," the ten-goal marksman told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"That would mean I am continuing to improve. Until now I've scored ten goals, but to reach 14, that would be great."
It is rumoured that both French clubs have already been in touch with the player's agent to sound out the possibility of a move across the Alps.
