Roma are ready to meet the asking price for St Etienne striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to the player's father and representative.
Aubameyang's future has been the subject of intense speculation recently and St Etienne boss Christophe Galtier admitted last week he was prepared to lose the highly-rated 23-year-old at the end of the season.
A number of clubs have been linked with a move for the Gabon international, with some reports suggesting that Manchester City are in pole position.
However, Roma are now understood to have entered the race and it would appear they are willing to match St Etienne's valuation.
"Roma are ready to meet the price set by St Etienne, which is between €12m and €15m (£10.2m and £12.7m)," Pierre Aubame told the press in Gabon.
