Marcelo Trapasso has penned a one-year extension with Sochaux.
Sochaux have been boosted by the news that Marcello Trapasso has penned a one-year extension.The Argentine midfielder was out of contact at the end of the season but is now committed to the team until the summer of 2006.
The 28-year-old has been with the side since joining from FC Gueugnon in 2001 and helped Sochaux to League Cup glory last term.
Trapasso, formerly of Newell's Old Boys, is currently out of action having sustained a cruciate ligament injury on the opening day of the season.
