Lyon midfielder Fabio Santos has suffered another injury blow and could now miss the UEFA Champions League clash with Barcelona on 24th February.
The 28-year-old will be out for up to 10 days after he injured his right thigh in training on Thursday.
It is the latest blow for the Brazilian who has only started twice for the French champions in Ligue 1 this term.
But Lyon boss Claude Puel is hopeful the player could return for the last 16 first leg tie against Barcelona.
Puel told uefa.com: "His body is not used to the pile up of games, but we hope he will be back in the squad to play Barcelona on 24th February."
