PSG are in deep trouble at the wrong end of Ligue 1 but they gave themselves a real boost with victory.
The only goal of the game arrived with just 18 minutes left when Amara Diane pounced.
The win takes them out of the bottom three and ironically above Lens, who they defeated in the Coupe de la Ligue final last week.
The win also takes PSG within three points of Sochaux, who are by no means safe from relegation trouble.
