Hearts boss Robbie Neilson is free to kick off the Premiership season in the Tynecastle dugout after being censured by the Scottish Football Association.
The head coach was sent to the stands in the final home game of the season against Rangers last month and was subsequently issued with a notice of complaint by the SFA Compliance Officer.
However, after meeting with the Judicial Panel at Hampden Park, a censure was issued instead of a ban, freeing up the Championship-winning coach to lead his team from the pitchside for the start of the new campaign.
The Jambos will find out who their opening game of the 2015/16 season is against on Friday, June 19.
