La Liga outfit Granada have confirmed the signing of Juanma Ortiz from Rangers.
The 30-year-old moved to Ibrox last summer from Almeria but returned to his former club on loan for the second half of last season.
The ex-Athletico Madrid youngster had agreed to have his contract switched to
newco Rangers but has now left the club after an agreement was reached.
Rangers chief executive Charles Green confirmed Ortiz was free to find a new
club and he had now signed for Granada.
Green said: "The club would like to wish Juanma well for the future.
"The club will not have any objection to an International Transfer Certificate being provided by the SFA and the player has conducted himself in the correct manner."
Granada unveiled Ortiz at a news conference alongside another new signing in Colombian Brayan Angulo.
