Rangers dropped yet more points in the SPL after third placed Hearts came from behind to grab a 1-1 draw at Tynecastle.

David Rowson put Partick ahead with a wonderful 20-yard volley after 65 minutes, but Thistle could not hang on as Barry Robson curled home a brilliant free kick from 30 yards just two minutes later.

Dundee moved into the top half of the table after they drew 1-1 with Aberdeen at Dens Park.

Mark Fotheringham gave the home side the lead after just eight minutes when he curled home a 25-yard free kick.

The Dark Blues, though, could not hang on as Leigh Hinds scrambled home the equaliser on the hour mark.
