The 35-year-old had been linked with The Gers, who are keen to add some defensive depth to their squad.
However, Bulent insists that he has not had any contact from the SPL side, and stated that he still had a year remaining on his contract with Galatasaray.
"Playing elsewhere in Europe was a dream of mine in the past," said the Turkish international.
"But I am happy with Galatasaray.
"I don't know Alex McLeish and I have not met up with him.
"I still have an agreement with Galatasaray for another year."
