Dundee will open the 2015/16 season with a trip to Kilmarnock on August 1.

Paul Hartley's men were unbeaten in three games against Gary Locke's side last season and went on to win many admirers as they secured a top-six finish on their return to the top flight.

They entertain newly-promoted Hearts the following weekend (August 8) before the first Tayside derby comes on Wednesday August 12 at Tannadice.

The fixture computer has been relatively kind over the Christmas period with three home games out of four; Hamilton Academical (December 19) Celtic (December 30) and United (January 2) all visit Dens Park while Dundee travel to Ross County on December 26.

The final confirmed Tayside derby comes at Tannadice on March 19.
