SPL outfits Hibernian and Motherwell have both made approaches for Rochdale midfielder Jason Kennedy, Sky Sports understands.
However, there is also interest in England with League Cup giant-killers Bradford City also keen.
Kennedy's current deal at Spotland is due to expire in the summer, and he is attracting interest from north of the border.
The 26-year-old is understood to have been approached to make a summer move to the SPL, with both Hibs and Motherwell tabling offers, which they can do as Scotland is classed as a foreign league.
Bradford are one of a number of English clubs keen, and could yet make an offer to Dale, who could be tempted to sell rather than lose him for nothing in the summer.
