Celtic striker Morten Rasmussen has signed for FC Midtjylland following his release from the Scottish giants.
The 27-year-old arrived at Celtic Park two years ago but struggled to make an impact and has spent the previous two campaigns on loan at Mainz, AaB and Sivasspor.
His switch to Midtjylland heralds a return to his homeland where he had an impressive scoring record at Brondby.
"Hopefully I will be able to score some goals. I haven't played that much in the past year so naturally I'm hungry to play some football," said Rasmussen.
The Danish international managed just three goals in 11 games for Celtic following his move in 2010.
