Jamaica international set to arrive in Scotland

Stuart McCall hopes to add Omar Daley to his Motherwell squad after completing the signing of defender Tim Clancy from Kilmarnock. Jamaica international Daley, who previously played under McCall at Bradford, left Valley Parade at the end of last season. "We are hoping to get another body in and hopefully we won't lose anybody," said McCall.

Visas

"I know Omar well and I would like the move to happen. But there is a lot of red tape to cut though - visas and things like that. "But Omar ticks the boxes in the sense that he can play anywhere up front, like Steve Jones last season. "He's pacey - he's just what we need and I'd be delighted if we got him tied up, and I'd be happy with what we've got."
Achilles
Clancy has also been brought in as cover for Steven Saunders who has been ruled out for the season with a ruptured Achilles. "We're all positive and delighted to get Tim Clancy," he added. "He can play in a number of positions and for a club like us that is what you look for."
