Defender has rediscovered enthusiasm for football

Jackie McNamara admits he is enjoying football again and is keen to play in every match for Falkirk. The veteran full-back left Aberdeen at the end of last season to sign a two-year deal with Falkirk following just one campaign at Pittodrie. He has started all nine of Falkirk's games so far this term and revealed the move has reignited his enthusiasm for the sport. "I'm enjoying it at Falkirk," said McNamara in the Daily Record. "My travelling last year was well-documented and it was a big part of my injuries. "Now I'm feeling fit, getting well looked after and the training is great. All I want to do is play every game. "I'm also getting back home earlier as well now, so my kids are starting to get used to seeing me again."
