Midfielder Saulius Mikoliunas will not feature in Lithuania's next two Euro 2008 qualifiers after losing an appeal against diving. The Uefa Appeals Body have thrown out an appeal by Mikoliunas and the Lithuanian Football Federation against his two-game ban. Mikoliunas, who plays his club football for Hearts, was originally found guilty and suspended by the Control and Disciplinary Body of deceiving the referee by diving during the Group B qualifying game against Scotland on 8th September. The Appeals Body has now up-held this decision, meaning Mikoliunas remains suspended for Lithuania's next two qualifying matches against France on 17th October and at home to Ukraine on 17th November.
