The highly-rated midfielder has inked a one-year contract extension to keep him at Eastlands.
The 19-year-old has come through the ranks at City and was a star of the club's FA Youth Cup team.
Tutte is highly-regarded within the corridors of City's hierarchy and he is tipped for a big future in the game.
City could decide to loan out Tutte next season so that he can get some valuable first-team action under his belt before challenging for a place at Eastlands.
Tutte is set to travel with the rest of the first-team squad for their pre-season tour of America.
