Jalal and Potter leave London Road

Shwan Jalal and Alfie Potter have left Peterborough to join Bournemouth and Kettering on respective loan deals. Goalkeeper Jalal has signed an initial one-month contract with the Cherries as they prepare for life in League Two. And winger Potter will link up with Blue Square Premier outfit Kettering until the end of December. Jalal arrived at London Road in January 2007 from non-league side Woking but soon fell out of favour at the club. He was placed on the transfer list at the end of last season following club record signing Joe Lewis' arrival as No.1. Potter, 19, is considered one for the future and, after scoring against Liverpool while on loan at Havant & Waterlooville last season, will continue his education with the Poppies.
