Six chase two play-off spots, Grimsby and Barnet in relegation fight

There is set to be much final-day drama in store as the League Two campaign concludes on Saturday. There are still two play-off places up for grabs while Grimsby have maintained hope of catching Barnet and avoiding relegation. Notts County, Bournemouth and Rochdale have already earned the automatic promotion spots while Rotherham and Aldershot secured the first two play-off spots last week, leaving six sides still capable of a top-seven finish. Morecambe are in the driving seat and a point at home to Aldershot in the last league game at Christie Park should secure their first-ever play-off appearance in the Football League. A last-minute winner last week for Dagenham meant they crept above Bury into seventh place and they travel to rock-bottom Darlington knowing their play-off hopes are in their hands. Everyone else will be keeping their fingers crossed for a slip up by Morecambe or Dagenham, and each know they must win to keep their hopes alive. Bury suffered a crucial 3-0 home defeat by Torquay last week and will aim to make amends at Northampton, who are 11th and three points behind Dagenham. Port Vale and Chesterfield are both two points adrift, with Vale hosting Shrewsbury while Chesterfield face Bournemouth in the final league game at Saltergate. At the other end of the table, Grimsby's 2-0 win over Barnet last week took the relegation tussle down to the wire, and with Neil Woods' men having a far inferior goal difference, they must win at mid-table Burton to maintain hope of avoiding relegation from the Football League for the first time in their 118-year history. Barnet, meanwhile, host promoted Rochdale looking to arrest a six-game losing streak, and a point may not be enough for the Bees to secure a sixth straight season in the Football League. Elsewhere, champions Notts County visit Torquay, who have survived in style having now gone over 10 hours without conceding. Rotherham will aim to hang onto fourth spot and a favourable play-off semi-final as they visit Hereford. Accrington could claim their first-ever top-half finish in the Football League as they visit lowly Cheltenham. And also in the bottom half, Crewe host Bradford while Lincoln welcome Macclesfield to Sincil Bank.
