Skysports.com understands Burnley and Nottingham Forest are keeping tabs on Brighton midfielder Gary Dicker.
The 24-year-old has been in impressive form for Albion so far this season as Gus Poyet's men set the pace in League One.
The Seagulls are looking good for promotion and their fine performances have alerted the Clarets and Forest to Dicker's situation.
A former Republic of Ireland Under-21 international, Dicker is out of contract in the summer and unless he pens a new deal will be available on a free transfer.
The former Stockport midfielder has made 33 appearances for Brighton this term, having arrived at the Withdean in 2009.
