Anthony Griffith is one of four out-of-contract players to agree new deals this week to remain at Port Vale.
Player of the Year Griffith, Chris Martin and John McCombe have all agreed two-year deals while Kris Taylor will sign a one-year contract.
Manager Micky Adams told the club's official website: "We are pleased that all four have committed to new deals with the club.
"I look forward to working with each of them next season."
Meanwhile, Harlequin Property have signed a deal to be the club's shirt sponsor for another two seasons.
