Barnet manager Mark Stimson has invited Daniel Leach back to the club for a trial.
The Australian defender made 15 appearances for the Bees last season under previous boss Ian Hendon.
He was released at the end of his one-year contract but has now been given a chance to earn another deal.
The 24-year-old, who made 12 appearances for Dover Athletic earlier this year, came to Hendon's attention last summer after he impressed in America while playing for the Oregon State University side.
