Shrewsbury Town duo Kevin McIntyre and Harry Hooman have signed new one-year contracts with the League Two club.
Experienced midfielder McIntyre featured in all bar one of the Shrews' league games this season and has been rewarded with a 12-month extension.
Teenage defender Hooman has also been handed a new one-year deal after making four appearances in his first season as a professional.
Meanwhile, former Tottenham manager Ossie Ardiles has dismissed rumours that he has applied to become Shrewsbury's new manager.
Ardiles said: "It's a bit embarrassing, but it's not at all true.
"It seems someone has put my name on a CV, but I can categorically deny I have applied for the job."
