Midfielder enjoying time at Sincil Bank

Lincoln City midfielder Clark Keltie is hoping he will be offered a new contract by manager Chris Sutton. Keltie joined the Imps on a short-term deal in January after being released by Rochdale and he rejected former club Darlington in order to move to Sincil Bank. He has made 10 appearances in total for Lincoln and has featured on a regular basis during the past month for the League Two club. The 26-year-old has yet to hold talks with Sutton regarding his future, but is keen to secure a contract for next season. "It is early days, but I am hoping to be here next season," Keltie told the Lincolnshire Echo. "I am just delighted to be playing. I had a couple of months when I first joined where I could not get in the side, but I got my head down, worked hard and I was given my chance. "I am enjoying playing in the Lincoln midfield with the likes of Scott Kerr and Matt Saunders, as they are both good footballers and we have a good blend in there."
