Hutchinson and Adams tipped to shine next term

Lincoln City have conceded they have a fight on their hands to keep hold of talented starlets Andy Hutchinson and Nathan Adams. Imps' head of youth Tom Spall is of the opinion the highly-rated pair have what it takes to play at a higher level and expects scouts to be flocking to Sincil Bank over the next campaign. The duo made their bows for Peter Jackson's side last season with striker Hutchinson scoring on his full debut in a 1-1 draw with Bradford in April and defender Adams also impressing. "They are two great prospects," Spall told the Lincolnshire Echo. "I would say they are as good as we have had for quite sometime. That's evident to anybody who watches them as well.
Hobbs comparison
"I was on a course recently and everybody kept mentioning Jack Hobbs, but I think these two are as good as him. If you are a striker, then you are worth your weight in gold, so if Hutch and Nathan both score three goals in five games at the start of the season we might lose them. "I don't know what I would think to that, because Jack (Hobbs) only played three minutes for Lincoln and was on his way to Liverpool. "Moves to clubs like that will only help their development and these two are certainly players we could sell and make money on and invest back in the club."
