Lincoln have confirmed that Dany N'Guessan has turned down the offer a new contract with the club.
Skysports.com revealed earlier on Wednesday that the French winger was poised to join Leicester after rejecting the chance to extend his Lincoln deal.
The Imps have now admitted that N'Guessan is set to leave Sincil Bank, although they insist there have been no formal approaches as yet.
In a statement on their official website, Lincoln said: "We can confirm that Dany N'Guessan has turned down the offer of a new contract with the club and as such we have granted him permission to talk to other clubs.
"We have, as yet, received no offers for the Frenchman, whose current contract with the club expires on 30th June."
It is understood that N'Guessan could join the Foxes on a three-year contract next month.
