The 22-year-old was available on a free transfer after leaving FC Brussels.
After spending the last week on trial at Blundell Park, he has sufficiently impressed enough to earn an 18-month contract.
The former Toulouse and Brest front-man spoke to skysports.com after sealing his move to Cleethorpes.
"I need to start scoring for them and make a name for myself," he told skysports.com.
"I will try to push myself and score as many goals as I can in League Two."
The Mariners have also concluded a deal for French midfielder Mickael Buscher - who has been training with the club.
The 21-year-old former Gretna star has joined the club until the end of the season.
