Grimsby have snapped up Adam Proudlock on a two-month loan deal from Darlington. New Mariners boss Mike Newell has been keen to bolster his attack and he has agreed a deal for Proudlock. The former Wolves hit-man has been allowed to go out on loan by Quakers boss Dave Penney so that he can get some regular action under his belt. Darlington have given Grimsby permission to play the striker in this weekend's FA Cup clash with Morecambe
