Walsall striker joins on loan until January
Grimsby have completed the signing of Walsall striker Martin Butler on a three-month loan deal.
Mariners manager Alan Buckley conducted successful talks with the 33-year-old, who was out-of-favour at the Bescot Stadium.
Butler had previously rejected a move to Peterborough in August and was transfer listed by Walsall this month.
The former Reading and Rotherham man moves to Blundell Park until January with a view to making the switch permanent.
