Posh midfielder enjoyed loan spell at Griffin Park

Peterborough United midfielder Toumani Diagouraga admits he would be interested in joining Brentford on a permanent basis. Diagouraga linked up with the Bees on loan in January and he became a fixture in Andy Scott's side, making 20 appearances in League One. He is now due to return to Peterborough, who he joined last summer from Hereford United, but is weighing up his long-term future at London Road. Brentford will be playing in the same division as Peterborough next season and Diagouraga would welcome the opportunity to head back to Griffin Park over the summer. Diagouraga said in the Peterborough Evening Telegraph: "I'd be interested in a permanent move. I don't mind dropping down to League One. "I've fitted in really at Brentford and the atmosphere at the club is great; the management, the lads, everything is very good. "I enjoyed my football again, having a run of games made all the difference. I was in my best form for a long time. Hopefully I can get even better."
