Rotherham captain Ian Sharps and midfielder Danny Harrison have been offered new contracts at the South Yorkshire club.
Moore has already admitted that not all of his out-of-contract players will see their deals renewed after the club narrowly missed out on promotion to Dagenham & Redbridge this term.
But the Millers manager is hoping Sharps and Harrison, who are both out of contract this summer, will re-sign after enjoying an impressive season with the Don Valley Stadium club.
"We have put the offer to both of them and hopefully they will be re-signed," Moore told Rotherham's official website.
"Both Ian and Danny have done well for the club, there is no doubt about that.
"Ian made it into the PFA side and is also captain and we missed Danny when he wasn't available for selection."
