Stags striker attracting plenty of League Two interest

Lincoln City have joined the hunt to sign Michael Boulding following Mansfield Town's relegation. Boulding is set to quit Field Mill over the summer after Mansfield dropped out of the Football League and is wanted by Rotherham United. League Two rivals Lincoln have now expressed an interest and are planning talks with Boulding later this month. "We have been keeping an eye on Michael for some time now and we're looking to meet with him as soon as he comes back from his holiday," Lincoln's assistant manager Iffy Onuora, who has agreed a new one-year contract, told the club's official website. "He's an excellent player, so obviously there are a number of clubs after his signature, but we're keen for him to become a member of our squad for next season." Meanwhile, the Red Imps have confirmed that contract talks are continuing with Ayden Duffy, Jamie Forrester and Scott Kerr. Shane Clarke has already signed a new deal at Sincil Bank and Lincoln boss Peter Jackson is hoping his three team-mates follow suit.
