Skysports.com understands a number of league sides are trailing non-league defender Jack Parkinson.
Parkinson is currently plying his trade with Welling in the Blue Sq South and his impressive form has attracted the interest of a number of clubs higher up the football pyramid.
The 22-year-old centre-back has been likened to Manchester United star Chris Smalling and he has been tipped to follow the defender's path in moving from non-league to the highest level after playing with him for Maidstone United.
Parkinson has enjoyed a trial at Bournemouth in the past and the Cherries are still thought to be keeping tabs on the player.
A number of Championship and League One sides are also believed to be tracking Parkinson's progress at Welling.
Welling expect Parkinson to make the move into the Football League in the near future and they will not stand in his way if the right offer comes in for him.
