Brighton midfielder believes Wembley finish is possible

Gary Dicker believes Brighton can build on their first season in the Championship and make a charge for the play-offs next term. The Seagulls finished 10th on their return to the second tier of English football, nine points adrift of sixth-placed Cardiff, after their challenge for promotion faded in the latter stages of the season But the 25-year-old, who returned to action in April from a broken leg, is already thinking ahead to the new campaign. He told Sky Sports: "I think that it will be just as hard, if not harder, next year, but if we sign a good few players over the summer and prepare well then it will hopefully give us the added boost to get into the play-offs. "There are massive clubs both coming down from the Premier League and up from League One, so it is only going to get tougher when you think about it. "This league is one of the most exciting in Europe solely for the fact that any team can go up and you never really know what can happen every season. "I don't think that there has been any year in the Championship where you can pick out a side who will run away with things."
