Winger makes loan move from Newcastle permanent

Kazenga LuaLua has agreed to make his loan deal at Brighton and Hove Albion permanent. The winger, who is on loan from Newcastle, will become a Brighton player officially when the January transfer window opens. The 20-year-old has agreed a three-year deal with the Seagulls with Newcastle receiving an undisclosed fee. The brother of Blackpool striker Lomana LuaLua is currently in his third loan spell with the south coast club. He has only started two games this season, but has made eight appearances from the bench. He made 11 appearances during his loan spell last season, scoring four goals in the club's promotion campaign and also played 11 times for the club in his first loan spell for the Seagulls.
