Aberdeen manager Mark McGhee has hinted he will make a move for Manchester City trialist Paul Marshall.
The former Blackpool and Port Vale man linked up with the Dons earlier this month and has impressed McGhee.
Marshall is yet to make his City breakthrough and has already conceded he needs to move on to secure first-team football.
Although McGhee is yet to lay his cards on the table he believes the fact that Marshall remains at Pittodrie should speak volumes.
"The fact that Marshall is still here says it all, and I will continue to assess him," he told the Evening Express.
