King to stay for the season and Marshall to spend another month

Hereford United have extended the loan deals of Leicester City striker Craig King and Swindon Town winger Mark Marshall. Boss John Trewick revealed on Monday he would be reviewing his loan arrangements this week - with King, Marshall, Danny Blanchett and James Walker all set to see their initial one-month stays come to an end. All four arrivals have coincided with an upturn in fortunes for Hereford who have won three of their last six league games having failed to win any of their opening seven. King will now stay for the rest of the season and Marshall will spend another month at Edgar Street, with Trewick yet to make a decision on Blanchett and Walker. Marshall told Swindon's official website: "I'm just happy to be getting the games at the moment, because more games mean more league experience and that's all I'm after. "I've spoken to the manager at Swindon and he's pleased with my progress so we're just going to give it another month to see how it goes. "I just want to get as far as I can in football and whether that's at Swindon or Hereford we'll just have to see."
