Swansea City defender Alan Tate believes that there is "no need to panic" following his side's defeat by Aston Villa on Saturday.
The Swans went down 2-0 at Villa Park in what was the Welsh club's first defeat of the season in the Premier League.
Tate, who started the game for Swansea, is confident that they will bounce back.
"There's no need to panic," he said. "We've been here before. We know what it takes to come back from a defeat.
"The manager [Michael Laudrup] was a great player but he's been beaten before as well. We all know to learn the lessons and bounce back.
Not bad
"It was a disappointing result for us, but overall the performance wasn't too bad.
"The first goal was a great strike and the second was a mistake - that's all that cost us.
"In the second half we probably could have been a bit more creative when we were going forward, but I felt as a team our defensive performance was actually okay.
"They didn't cut us to bits all the time or get lots of chances, so we can take a lot of positives from the game into Everton."
Swansea are currently fifth in the Premier League table with seven points from four matches, three points behind leaders Chelsea.
