Millwall boss Ian Holloway wants more of the same from Andy Wilkinson after the defender's impressive debut at Wigan.
Wilkinson only joined the Lions on loan from Stoke on Monday evening but the 30-year-old slotted in seamlessly at right-back in the goalless draw at the DW Stadium.
"Andy only arrived at the hotel on Monday night so didn't even have a chance to train with us out on the grass," said Holloway.
"But he looked like he had been there all his life. Andy is a very good, experienced player and he really wanted to come here. I'm delighted to have him on board and he settled in brilliantly.
"He played his part in what was a good defensive performance overall. We could have done one or two things better in attack but you can see that we are improving."
