Feethams boss Tommy Taylor has been looking at several options to beef up his strikeforce, and has been linked with a swoop for Foran.
Foran is the star man for The Cumbrians, but speculation has recently linked him with a switch from Brunton Park to their Division Three rivals.
Quakers boss Taylor would love to add a player of Foran's calibre to his squad for the coming season, but is limited in his budget.
Quakers assistant boss Mick Tait insisted that the club would not be splashing out any cash during the summer, and would only make free transfer signings.
"Obviously if a player like that was available we'd be interested but I don't think he's available to us because we aren't going to pay money out," said Tait on the Foran speculation.
