Midfielder weighs up move to Bloomfield Road
Skysports.com understands Barry Ferguson is in talks with Blackpool over a move to Bloomfield Road.
As revealed by skysports.com last week, Blackpool have agreed a fee with Birmingham for the former Scotland international's services.
Ferguson is believed to be keen on leaving Birmingham to move further north in order to be closer to his family.
Blackpool boss Ian Holloway has earmarked Ferguson as a key addition to his squad as he seeks midfield reinforcements to help fill the void left by Charlie Adam and David Vaughan's departure.
Ferguson has been given permission to leave Birmingham's training camp in Ireland to travel to Blackpool to hold talks with the Seasiders.
