Nottingham Forest have confirmed that Marcus Tudgay has completed a permanent move to the club.

On-loan striker staying at City Ground

Nottingham Forest have confirmed that on-loan striker Marcus Tudgay has completed a permanent move to the club. The forward joined on loan from Sheffield Wednesday in November and he has proved an instant hit with three goals in as many starts. Tudgay found the back of the net on his Forest debut against Crystal Palace and bagged a brace in their stunning 5-2 win over Derby. Forest were always confident of securing Tudgay's services permanently and he has now signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the club. Tudgay did play for Sheffield Wednesday in their FA Cup clash against Southport in November so will not be able to feature for Forest when they tackle Preston in the third round on Saturday.
