Harriers set to land Morgan

NOTTINGHAM FOREST starlet Wes Morgan is contemplating a loan move to Kidderminster Harriers.

The 19-year-old defender has made a solid impression for the Nottingham side`s reserves, but Forest boss Paul Hart is looking for Morgan to secure some extra experience ahead of a tilt at the first-team.

Hart said: "We've been very pleased with the progress that Wes has made and he's reached the stage where he needs the challenge of league football.

"If he goes to Kidderminster he will get that and the loan will benefit us as much as him because we need him to have that experience.

"Wes has been in my thoughts for first-team consideration and if we are going to call on him between now and the end of the season he will get enormous benefit from having played league football elsewhere."

Kidderminster are confident they will be able to lure Morgan to the club in time for Saturday`s clash with fellow Division Three promotion chasers Scunthorpe.
