Full-back happy to secure move to the Championship
Jim McNulty admits he would be keen on an extended stay at Scunthorpe United following his loan move from Brighton & Hove Albion.
The full-back has struggled for first-team opportunities at Brighton this season and has joined Championship side Scunthorpe for an initial month.
He was an unused substitute for Tuesday's 4-0 thrashing of Peterborough United and is open to the idea of earning a more permanent contract at Glanford Park.
"I'm delighted to just have come to a Championship club," McNulty told the Scunthorpe Telegraph.
"There's an option to extend, so if all parties are happy, I'll definitely be looking to extend.
"If I come here and do well, you never know, I might earn myself a contract here.
"I've got two years left at Brighton anyway, I don't know what could be done.
"But it's a club that's looking to stay in the Championship and that's where I'm looking to stay as well."
