Chesterfield have signed Rochdale's Neal Trotman on a two-month emergency loan with Dean Holden going the other way.
Trotman moves to Chesterfield, Holden goes other way
Chesterfield have signed Rochdale defender Neal Trotman on a two-month emergency loan while Dean Holden is going the other way on a similar deal.
Trotman, who only signed for Dale last July, has made 13 appearances in all competitions so far this season but will now move to the B2net Stadium until the start of January.
Experienced full-back Holden, meanwhile, will move in the other direction and stay at Spotland until at least the New Year with a view to a permanent move.
The 32-year-old signed a new one-year deal with Chesterfield over the summer and has made 16 appearances so far this campaign.
