Frustrated winger goes out on loan to get action

Brentford have snapped up Huddersfield winger Lionel Ainsworth on a month-long loan deal. The 22-year-old has found first team opportunities with the Terriers at a premium and has made just four starts this season. The former Watford midfielder has opted make a short-term exit from the Galpharm Stadium and could make his debut for the Bees against Oldham on Saturday. "Lionel has become frustrated at the lack of first-team starting opportunities he has had, mostly due to the excellent form of Gary Roberts and Anthony Pilkington," Huddersfield boss Lee Clark told his club's official website. "As a result, he indicated to me that he would like to move out and get some games. "If players are unhappy, it is not necessary to keep them here so we helped him as much as we could to get this move." Ainsworth will now remain at Griffin Park until 27th February.
