Tykes skipper eyes cup glory

Barnsley captain Brian Howard believes Cardiff will provide a tougher test to his side than either Liverpool or Chelsea. The Tykes have caused two of the biggest shocks in this season's competition with wins over Liverpool and Chelsea to reach the semi-finals. Barnsley face Championship rivals Cardiff at Wembley on Sunday, a match that can be seen live on Sky Sports 1, for the right to play in the FA Cup final. Howard is full of respect for Cardiff, but is confident they can overcome the Welsh outfit to reach next month's showpiece. "It will probably be tougher [than against Liverpool and Chelsea]. They have got some great pros and when we played them earlier in the season we drew 1-1 in an extremely tough game and we know we are going to have to be at our very best again to get anything out of the game," Howard told Sky Sports News.

Confidence

"We are full of confidence from what we have done in our cup run that we can go out there and win. "We are not happy just to be in the semi-final, we have come this far and we want to go on and win it now." Howard acknowledges his side will never have a better chance of winning the competition with all the big guns missing from the semi-finals. "I don't think we will ever get a better chance of winning the FA Cup and I am sure every side left in it is thinking that. "It is going to be extremely tough and we have to make sure we work as hard as we can and get on and try and win it."
