Leicester have announced that goalkeeper Conrad Logan has signed a contract extension.

Shot-stopper tied to Walkers Stadium until 2012

Leicester have announced that goalkeeper Conrad Logan has signed a contract extension that will keep him at the Walkers Stadium until 2012. The 23-year-old is not a first-team regular under Nigel Pearson and spent the end of last season on loan at Stockport. But Logan is viewed as a valuable squad member by the Championship outfit and the Foxes did not want to see the shot-stopper leave. He made his league debut against Colchester in September 2006 and has earned 20 appearances in total since joining from Irish side Swilly Rovers in 2000. Logan has also spent time on loan at Boston and Luton during his time with Leicester, who travel to Bristol City on Tuesday.
