Queens Park Rangers youngster Pat Kanyuka has penned a two-and-a-half year deal at Loftus Road.The 17-year-old defender, a product of the club's youth system, had been attracting interest from Premiership clubs.
R's centre of excellence Joe Gallen believes Kanyuka has great potential and is keen for him to continue his education at the club.
"Pat is someone with a lot of potential and I am pleased we are able to keep him," said Gallen to the club's official website.
"We want to bring the best young players through here at Loftus Road and in the past he is someone we may well have lost.
"I think it shows the progress we are making here."
